12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of our Services will be resolved through the following two-step Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process:

a. Mediation:

Both parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.

b. Arbitration:

If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by Route to Recall. Arbitration will be conducted in English, with the seat of arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise directed by the arbitrator.

These Terms and all related policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
